.Snow continues to fall steadily near and south of the
Minnesota/Iowa border eastward into southern Wisconsin early this
morning. Roads have become snow covered and slippery and
visibility has dropped to 1 mile or less at times, making for
difficult travel. Blowing snow is possible with northeast winds
gusting 20-25 mph. Expect another 1 to locally 4 inches of
accumulation through this morning before snow tapers off towards
midday.
If you have travel plans this morning in eastern Iowa or southern
