OLMSTED COUNTY, Minn. - A three-semi, three-vehicle crash on Wednesday killed a 65-year-old woman and a 67-year-old woman has life-threatening injuries.
The Minnesota State Patrol said Bonita Sawyer, 65, of Rochester, died in the crash and Debra Bieber, 67, of Rochester, suffered significant injuries.
Three others, two people from Blaine and one from St. Paul were injured in the crash. All of them had non-life-threatening injuries.
The Minnesota State Patrol says it happened on Highway 52, near mile marker 69Â north of Rochester around 9:14 am. It involved three semi trucks and three passenger vehicles.
