CLIVE, Iowa – A $70,000 lottery prize has been claimed by a North Iowa man.
The Iowa Lottery says Kevan Paul of Clear Lake won the first top prize in the “Ruby Red 7s” scratch game. The winning ticket was bought at the Plaza Drive Casey’s General Store in Clear Lake.
Paul claimed his prize Monday at the lottery’s Mason City regional office.
Ruby Red 7s is $5 scratch game that features eight top prizes of $70,000 and overall odds of 1 in 3.63.
