candidates for rochester's ward 5 seat on city council are still working to win over voters before election day. candidates judy hickey and shaun palmer participated in a debate hosted by the northrop neighborhood association. audience members asked questions about dámác... transportatio n... and affordable housing. the candidates were also asked their opinions about the city hiring outside consultants to conduct studies... a topic they seemed to agree on.xxx i do think the quality of reports, i think we need to have higher expectations of those consultant reports when we do decide to pay for them. and i want accountability. if they say these are what we can do, then we need to hold them to the expectations. election day is coming up on
