"i never consider myself cured. i know that i am in recovery and that i can have a relapse here and there, and i have a couple times and i am much more resiliant now than i was at one time so i can bounce back from those relapses." now that she has found the light at the end of the tunnel, she is able to share her story and relate with others. "i think it helps to hear from people who have experienced it or are experiencing it versus somebody who has just learned all about it in school and is coming from that angle." it's all about ending the stigma. jueneman says being upfront and honest about mental illness helps people understand....
