is next. weather-main-3 weather-main-4 weather-main-2 the snow showers continue this afternoon with a stalled low pressure system continuing to wrap in moisture from the east. expect light to moderate snow showers for at least the eastern portion of the viewing area this evening with isolated light snow for tonight. it will still be fairly windy with gusts to around 30 mph causing blowing snow. we will remain mostly dry on monday with partly sunny skies and highs in the 30's. sunshine returns for tuesday with highs in the upper 30's which will help to melt off some of our snow, which has ranged from as high as 10" west to as little as around 2" to the east. this melting will occur just in time for another clipper system bringing potential snow on wednesday. our temperatures for the rest of the week and weekend will be dependent on the snow from that system but in general we will warm through the forecast to return to the 50's by early next week. tonight: isolated light snow. lows: low 20's. winds: north northwest at 15 to 25 mph, gusting to 30 mph. monday: partly sunny. highs: low to mid 30's. winds: northwest at 15 to 25 mph. monday night: decreasing clouds. lows: upper teens. winds: northwest at 5 to 15 mph. game one of the timberwolves first playoff
