UPDATE: Winona County Emergency Management has put up a post on Faceboon that Leigh Meska has been located and is safe. No other information is expected to be released until Friday morning.

UPDATE: Law enforcement says it has called off search efforts for Leigh Meska after information she was seen in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
At a Thursday afternoon press conference, authorities said they still want to locate Meska to be sure she is safe and ask her to contact them or her family. Extensive search efforts in Olmsted County, however, have been stopped.
Law enforcement says multiple sources confirmed Meska was seen and unharmed in La Crosse on Wednesday and also seen in Rushford.
The search for Meska began after Mayo Clinic called her financee and told him she did not show up for work Tuesday morning.
OLMSTED COUNTY, Minn. - A large chunk of Olmsted County has been searched as authorities continue to try to locate Leigh Elizabeth Meska, 31 of Goodview, who was last seen at her home Wednesday morning, leaving for her job in Rochester.
Deputies began the search for Meska - who is 5-3, 125 pounds, with green eyes and brown hair, wearing a sweater with black leggings and a red jacket - at 3 p.m. Wednesday.
The Sheriff’s Office said from County Rd. 9 to the south part of the county down by Chatfield has been searched based on activity from her cell phone.
The Winona County Sheriff’s Office said Thursday her phone was last pinged in the Marion area, near Highway 52 and I-90. Assuming that the info from the cell company is accurate, her phone made a call around 7:30 a.m. Wednesday from that location.
Nine deputies were assigned to the search overnight, and at least three are checking roads to see if they can find anything out of the ordinary.
She was driving a 2014 Gray Chevy Impala with Minnesota License Plate 136MWK.
