...Accumulating Snow, Slick Travel This Evening into Wednesday... .Snow will develop across northeast Iowa and southeast Minnesota by mid to late evening, spreading east of the Mississippi River after midnight. Snowfall accumulation of 2 to 4 inches is expected with localized 5 inch amounts possible through Wednesday morning. Slick travel will develop overnight and will persist through the Wednesday morning commute.
