ROCHESTER, Minn. – Three people are hurt after a two-vehicle collision in Rochester.

It happened around 1:30 pm Monday on the ramp from 2nd Street to southbound Highway 52. The Minnesota State Patrol says Prescott Leis Brown, 36 of Cashton, Wisconsin, slowed on the ramp for stopped traffic ahead and was hit from behind by Bonita Louise Schultz, 65 of Rochester.

Brown and two passengers, Kristy Lynn Brandau, 63 of Sparta, WI, and seven-year-old Clare Lynn Brown of Cashton, WI, were taken to St. Mary’s Hospital for treatment of what are described as non-life threatening injuries. No one else was hurt and the State Patrol says everyone was wearing their seat belt.
