ROCHESTER, Minn. – Two people are facing charges for first-degree aggravated robbery after an overnight incident.
Kaylee Vartanian, 19, of Rochester, and Mitchell Winslow, 23, of Rochester, have been arrested after a violent robbery in northeast Rochester.
It happened off of E. Circle Dr. NE near the Northern Valley Animal Clinic. Rochester police were able to track the suspects and arrested the two near the Oak Terrace Trailer Court off Marion Rd. SE.
Police say a 20-year-old victim was waiting for his female friend to pick him up around 12:45 a.m. The victim knew a male who was also in the car and was choked while in the passenger seat from behind. The male allegedly threw the victim out of the car.
