Tow bans are in effect for some northeast Iowa counties as conditions deteriorate.

Tow bans are in effect for some northeast Iowa counties as conditions deteriorate.
According to the Iowa DOT, the bans are in effect for Fayette and Clayton counties. The tow ban for Winneshiek and Allamakee counties has been lifted.
