Three of four plead guilty in Rochester drug bust

One trial set for November.

ROCHESTER, Minn. – Three guilty pleas have now been entered for a February drug bust.

Aundrea Catherine Price, Sarah Anne Whitewater, Shawn Marie Chilson, and Tyler Louis Green were all picked up by Rochester police on February 1 after officers said they saw a drug deal happen at Crossroads Plaza. Police say they seized 110 grams of methamphetamine, ½ ounce of heroin, a handgun, and $700 cash.

Price pleaded guilty first to 5th degree drug possession and received five years of supervised probation and 50 hours of community work service.

Whitewater was the next to plead guilty and was sentenced to five years of supervised probation for 5th degree drug possession.

On Thursday, Chilson pleaded guilty to 5th degree drug possession. Her sentencing is scheduled for November 5.

Green is pleading not guilty to 1st degree sale of drugs. His trial is set to begin on November 26.
