FOREST CITY, Iowa – A Winnebago County drug case ends with a third guilty plea.
Zachary Allen Monsen, 30 of Forest city, pleaded guilty to child endangerment and was sentenced Thursday to two years of supervised probation and must pay a $625 fine.

Monsen was arrested on March 20 along with Brian Matthias of Mason City and Chelsea Harp of Forest City. Police say they searched Monsen’s home, where the three were, and found methamphetamine, marijuana, two drug pipes, and hypodermic needles.
Matthias previously pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana-2nd offense and received 30 days in jail and a $315 fine. Harp entered a guilty plea to possession of meth and was sentenced to time served and a $315 fine.
