Search warrants leads to arrest of man on sex abuse charges

The execution of a search warrant led to more than 30 grams of methamphetamine being found and the arrest of two people, including one who was wanted on a sex abuse case.

ROCHESTER, Minn. – The execution of a search warrant led to more than 30 grams of methamphetamine being found and the arrest of two people, including one who was wanted on a sex abuse case.
Authorities said there was probable cause to arrest Tracy Brooks, 49, in relation to a sex abuse case, and 30-year-old Kalie Vreeman, of Rochester, was arrested and is facing a charge for first-degree sales of a controlled substance.
The search warrant was executed at 1807 16th St. NW. on Tuesday morning. Brooks was arrested after police surveillance saw him driving away from the house.
The meth was found inside a bedroom.
