Rochester woman pleads not guilty to dealing meth

Arrested after a traffic stop for expired tags.

ROCHESTER, Minn. – A woman accused of dealing meth is pleading not guilty.

Lacey Ann Brown, 36 of Rochester, is charged with 1st degree sale of drugs. She was arrested on July 12 after a traffic stop in Stewartville. Law enforcement says Brown first admitted to having marijuana and a search then found 29.5 grams of methamphetamine.

Brown was originally pulled over for having expired tags on her vehicle.

Her trial is set for begin on April 8, 2019.
