Rochester looking for artists

The Art4Trails is making a 2019 public art announcement.

ROCHESTER, Minn.- The Rochester Parks & Recreation Department and Art4trails are looking to put installations at two locations in the city.
One will be bike trails downtown and another will be at cascade lake park.
The budget for the project downtown including cost of materials and artist fee is $50,000.
it's $10,000 for Cascade Lake Park.
Bikers like Sarah Stevens have some suggestions.
“On a bike path where if you could ride by you could, I don't know, slap something or grab something and just be interactive as your biking I think that'll be super fun for kids and adults,” said Stevens.
