ROCHESTER, Minn. – The City of Rochester is holding community focus group sessions as part of its strategic planning process.

Attendees will be able to share their view on the current state of city services, potential areas of improvement, and the overall perception of their community. The city says those comments will be paired with the results of a resident survey conducted in late May to help determine Rochester’s priorities moving forward.

The focus groups will be held Tuesday from 5:30 to 7 pm for Ward 1 and 7:15 to 8:45 pm for Ward 2 at Room 104 in City Hall, Wednesday from 6 to 7:30 pm for Ward 5 and Ward 6 at Room 104 in City Hall, and Thursday from 5:30 to 7 pm for Ward 3 at Sunset Trails Apartment Homes, 3639 41st Street NW.

Anyone unsure of which ward they live in can check the online maps available by clicking here or call city offices at 328-2900.
