The League of Women Voters held another form in their two week series of Primary Candidate forums.

ROCHESTER, Minn.- Ed Hruska was elected back in 2006 to be a City Council member for Ward 1 and has been elected again and again since.

But this year, he is not seeking re election. So, 4 others are up for election to make a difference in their community. 

On Monday evening at the Rochester Public Library, candidates Paul Myrhom, Heather Holmes, Kim Sin, and Patrick Keane sat in the hot seat as they answered set questions but also questions from the community. 

Questions ranged from affordable housing and transportation to air quality and new development in the city.
