ROCHESTER, Minn. – A man receives probation for selling synthetic drugs.
27-year-old Jabbari Sadiq Ramadan Dawoudi of Rochester was arrested in August after a traffic stop on North Broadway Avenue. Police say he had more than three pounds of the drug K-2 in a backpack.
Dawoudi pleaded guilty in September to sale of synthetic cannabinoids and was sentenced Monday to three years of supervised probation.
