MASON CITY, Iowa A man is facing a first-degree harassment charge after he allegedly violated a no-contact order and threatened to kill her.
Nathaniel Pope, 36, of Mason City, is facing that charge and a charge for third-degree criminal mischief.
Pope allegedly broke the windshield and damaged the rear bumper of the victim's vehicle.
The damage was valued at between $500 and $1,000.
The alleged incident happened Thursday at 2:30 p.m. on S. Polk Ave.
