ROCHESTER, Minn. – Differing pleas have been entered for a September drug bust.

Rochester police arrested four people after searching an apartment complex in the 500 block of Northern Hills Drive NE on September 20. Police say they received information that drug use and sales were happening at the location and their search turned up methamphetamine.

Tyler James Mayer-Engelking, Ashley Cassandra Reinhardt, Shelly Ann Barbian, and Jason Ray Vadner were all charged with 5th degree drug possession.

Mayer-Engelking, 28, pleaded guilty and received a stay of adjudication. If he successfully completes two years of supervised probation, this conviction will be removed from his record.

Reinhardt, 30, is pleading not guilty and is scheduled to stand trial on April 1, 2018.

Barbian and Vadner have not entered pleas yet.
