Not guilty plea in Rochester road rage case

Trial set for March 2019.

ROCHESTER, Minn. – A man arrested after a summer road rage incident is pleading not guilty.

Ryan Scott Prasil, 22 of Rochester, is charged with 2nd degree assault, stalking, and threats of violence. He’s accused of pointing a handgun at a car that pulled up alongside him at the intersection of Civic Center Drive and 16th Avenue SW on July 17.

Prasil’s trial is scheduled to begin on March 25, 2019.
