Not guilty plea in Mason City burglary

Man arrested in Worth County.

MASON CITY, Iowa – A Cerro Gordo County man is pleading not guilty to 1st degree burglary.

Phillip John Melby, 32 of Mason City, is accused of entering a home in the 600 block of South Washington Avenue in Mason City on March 13 and assaulting someone inside.
