Not guilty plea in Klemme drug arrest

GARNER, Iowa – A man is pleading not guilty to drug charges in Hancock County.

On January 10, law enforcement searched the Klemme home of Dustin Lee Allen, 30. Authorities say they search found 30 grams of methamphetamine, marijuana, and other items involved in the drug trade. He was charged with possession of meth with intent to deliver, failure to use a drug tax stamp, and possession of marijuana.

Allen, who now says he lives in Aredale in Butler County, has entered a not guilty plea and is scheduled to stand trial on May 30.
