With wind chills 30 below zero or less anticipated over northern Iowa for much of the early morning hours, a Wind Chill Warning has been issued for those areas.

A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect for all of central and southern Minnesota into west central Wisconsin until late morning. Dress in layers, cover exposed skin, and bring warm clothes with you when traveling in case you get stranded.
