Missing child from Mower County found safe

MOWER COUNTY, Minn. – A child who was missing throughout the week has been found safe.
Morgan Cooley, one of five children who was missing, has been located, according to the Minnesota BCA.
Mower County officials and authorities around Minnesota were looking for five Cooley children along with their mother, Izetta.
Police said 39-year-old Izetta Cooley and the four children were found at a home in Moorhead Tuesday. Officials say Cooley was arrested on a felony kidnapping warrant from Mower County. She's being held in the Clay County Jail.
