Minnesota has hit 300 traffic deaths on roads in 2020.
The state patrol said that it didn't reach 300 deaths on roads in 2019 until Oct. 29. Speed, alcohol and distracted driving are the leading causes of the crashes.
Of the 308 deaths, the fatalities include:
- 192 motor vehicle occupants
- 54 motorcyclists
- 35 pedestrians
- 9 bicyclists
