CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – A North Iowa man is pleading guilty to federal drug charges.
Joseph Angel Luna, 28 of Mason City, entered a guilty plea Thursday to conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance and distribution of a controlled substance. He’s accused of working with Brenda Ruehlow to distribute methamphetamine
Luna was arrested after the search of a Forest City home in December 2017 but state drug charges were dismissed to allow for federal prosecution.
No sentencing date has been set.
