Mason City fire officials ID woman killed in house fire

Mason City, Iowa – Mason City fire officials have identified a woman killed Friday during a house fire.
The victim was identified as Janet Huey. The fire happened at 927 N. Tyler Ave. in Mason City and was caused by a surge protector/multi-plug power tap.
The fire happened Friday at 12:12 p.m.
