MASON CITY, Iowa – Kim Pang will take over as the new president and CEO of Mason City Family YMCA on December 1.

The YMCA of Mason City announced on Friday he’ll be succeeding Liz Conley, who has held the position for the last 12 years and left at the beginning of July.

Pang most recently served as the Vice President and General Manager of Diamond Jo Casino in Northwood Iowa.

“We are privileged to welcome Kim Pang to the YMCA,” said Tim Putnam, Chair of the Board of Directors of the Mason City Family YMCA. “Kim is an energetic, thoughtful leader with an unparalleled commitment to community and economic development…We know that Kim will provide the leadership to guide the Y as it continues its mission of ensuring that all North Iowa residents have the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.”
