Man pleads guilty to meth possession in Northwood

NORTHWOOD, Iowa – An accused drug dealer takes a plea deal in Worth County.

Robert Charles Anderson, 41 of Forest City, was arrested after a Northwood traffic stop on January 4. Anderson was the passenger in a vehicle and the Worth County Sheriff’s Office says he was found with marijuana, methamphetamine, two drug pipes, several baggies, a scale, and several hypodermic needles.

Anderson was charged with possession with intent to deliver but has entered a guilty plea to felony meth possession. Sentencing is scheduled for September 16.
