ROCHESTER, Minn. – A man who openly talked about having a firearm in his backpack while working at a pizza place had his gun stolen and a co-worker is now facing charges.
Dylan Sutter, 19, of Rochester, is facing a charge for felony theft of a firearm after allegedly stealing a co-workers gun Saturday at Zadeo’s, located at 1021 15th Ave. SE.
Police say Sutter was working a split shift and asked to leave work early at around 1:30 p.m. Officers had probable cause to arrest Sutter when he came back to work later in the day. The gun has not been located.
Sutter pled guilty first-degree aggravated robbery earlier this year in connection to a 2017 incident.
