ROCHESTER, Minn. – A man is facing a first-degree criminal sexual conduct charge for allegedly assaulting a woman where a party was held.
Marcus Shines, 36, of Rochester, is facing the charge for an alleged incident Saturday night at 1634 8 ½ St. SE.
Authorities say the woman, who is in her 20s, was taken to the hospital.
Shines was detained Saturday night at a downtown bar.
