Eric Tyler Lee, 25 of Rochester, has entered a guilty plea to one count of aiding an offender – accomplice after the fact. He was arrested along with Sao Yim Jr., 24 of Rochester, after Rochester police found Ahmed Muafaq Abdulhu Al Naddf shot to death on March 12. Yim is charged with 2nd degree murder and possession of a firearm after being convicted of a crime of violence.

Police say their investigation shows Yim shot Al Naddf and that Lee was with Yim at the time and lied to police about what happened. Police also say Lee denied taking Al Naddf’s cell phone after he was killed.

Lee’s sentencing is scheduled for May 9. Yim has not entered a plea. His next court appearance is set for May 4.
