Guilty plea in Cold Stone Creamery robbery

One suspect remains at large.

ROCHESTER, Minn. – A man is pleading guilty to robbing Cold Stone Creamery in Rochester.

Police say two men armed with what turned out to be a pellet gun robbed the store on February 5. The men pointed the gun at two employees and got away with money from the cash register. One of the robbers was described as a Hispanic male
Police say that man was Andres Robert Green, 19 of Rochester, who was arrested at his place of employment in April and charged with 1st degree aggravated robbery.

Green has now pleaded guilty to simple robbery and is due to be sentenced on July 2.

The other robber was described as a black male around 18 years old and 6 feet tall, wearing a black hoodie. Rochester police have not announced an arrest for that suspect.  For previous coverage of this story, click here and here.
