ROCHESTER, Minn. – A man charged with multiple drug crimes after he was found slumped over a motorcycle is pleading not guilty.
Andrew Lee Gaskill, 33 of Rochester, is accused of 2nd degree sale of drugs, two counts of 3rd degree possession of drugs, driving after revocation, and no insurance.
Rochester police say they were called on April 29 to make a welfare check on a man slumped over a motorcycle in the 400 block of 16th Avenue NW. Officer say the man was Gaskill and he had 18 grams of methamphetamine, some marijuana, and one gram of heroin on him.
His trial is set to begin on August 6.
