UPDATE: All clear given after gas leak shut down Clarion

Roads reopened after gas leak shut down north Iowa town.

UPDATE: Wright County Emergency Management says its all clear as of 2:30 A.M. Thursday in Clarion. Mid-American Energy finished its repairs and and roads are re-opened.

CLARION, Iowa – Residents are being asked to shelter in place and stay away from downtown Clarion due to a gas leak.

Authorities are establishing detours around the affected area.  Law enforcement says all available officers are dealing with this incident.
