ROCHESTER, Minn. Three of four defendants have been sentenced for a February drug bust.
Shawn Marie Chilson, Tyler Louis Green, Aundrea Catherine Price, and Sarah Anne Whitewater were arrested by Rochester Police on February 1 after officers said they saw a drug deal take place at Crossroads Plaza. 110 grams of methamphetamine, ½ ounce of heroin, a handgun, and $700 cash were seized by officers.
Chilson, 42 of Rochester, pleaded guilty to 5th degree drug possession and was sentenced Monday to five years of supervised probation and 100 hours of community work service.
Price pleaded guilty to 5th degree drug possession and got five years of probation and 50 hours of community work service.
Whitewater also got five years of probation after pleading guilty to 5th degree drug possession.
Green pleaded guilty to 1st degree sale of drugs. No sentencing date for him as been set.
