Former Waldorf student pleads not guilty to sex abuse

FOREST CITY, Iowa – A Kansas teen is pleading not guilty to sex abuse in Winnebago County.

Sean Patrick Perkins, 18 of Olathe, KS, is charged with 3rd degree sexual abuse. He’s accused of entering a woman’s dorm room on November 12, 2017, and having sex with her against her will. Waldorf University confirms that Perkins was a student there in the fall of 2017.

As part of his not guilty plea, Perkins is also demanding a speedy trial but a date has not yet been set.
