ROCHESTER, Minn. – The transportation planning for the Destination Medical Center project gets a statewide award.

The DMC, the City of Rochester, and SRF Consulting received an “Innovation in Planning” award during the Upper Midwest Regional Planning Conference going on in Rochester.
