CHARLES CITY, Iowa – A trial date is set for an accused Floyd County meth dealer.
Jason Lee Head, 34 of Charles City, is pleading not guilty to three counts of delivery of methamphetamine. Law enforcement says Head sold over 29 grams of meth in early 2018 and was arrested in August after tests confirmed the substance seized by investigators was methamphetamine.
Delivery of meth is a class “B” felony, punishable by up to 25 years in prison. Head’s trial is scheduled to begin on November 27.
