CHARLES CITY, Iowa- City leaders in Charles City are asking residents what they would like to see come to Charles City in a new online survey.

The survey asks questions like “Where do you like to dine,” “What kind of developments should the city pursue,” as well as other questions about the community.
Those we spoke with say they would like to see new businesses come to Charles City, more restaurants and a place for the younger kids to hang out.
“We need a facility for younger people,” says Sue Roffman of Charles City. “Right now they don’t really have a place to go shoot pool, play ping pong or sit around and listen to music.”
Those looking to have their voices heard on the matter do need to hurry to complete the survey. The city will be taking it down on the 24th.
