ROCHESTER, Minn. – A major drug case has been dropped because a key witness is unavailable to testify.
The Olmsted County Attorney’s Office says that’s why two counts of 1st degree controlled substance crime against Trahern Deshawn Pollard, 31 of Crystal, have been dismissed.
Pollard was arrested after Rochester police searched a home and a vehicle in the 500 block of 28th Street SE on June 28, 2019, and said they found $50,000 worth of heroin.
Pollard pleaded not guilty in January.
