ROCHESTER, Minn. – The Rochester Fire Department spent part of Sunday putting out a garage fire.
They responded to the 3800 block of McIntosh Drive NW around 2:50 p.m.
According to first responders on scene, the fire started in a garage, which is attached to a house.
American Red Cross volunteers are helping the family of eight who lives in the home. According to their GoFundMe page, they've been displaced.
Authorites didn't report any injuries, but tell KIMT the garage is a total loss.
The Fire Department is still investigating what caused the fire and estimate $200,000 in damages.
