AUSTIN, Minn. – A teenager has been arrested in an investigation into stolen off-road vehicles.

The Mower County Sheriff’s Office says two ATVs and a UTV were stolen from a shed in the 1600 block of 31st Avenue SW in Austin on Sunday morning. The owner said the shed door was unlocked and the keys were in the ignition.

Cody Bale, 18 of Austin, was then arrested after law enforcement responded to a burglary report in Freeborn County on Monday. Authorities say one of the ATVs and the UTV were found in Bale’s possession.

Anyone with information about the other stolen ATV, a 2008 Can-Am Outlander, is asked to contact the Mower County Law Enforcement Center at 507-437-9400.
