The cool and dry stretch will continue for a short time yet but warmer and wetter weather is not far behind. Mostly clear skies overnight tonight with lows falling to the middle 40s with southeast winds at 3-8 mph. Clouds developing in the morning hours ahead of a few afternoon showers and storms. Highs will be in the mid to upper 60s with southeast winds at 7-14 mph. Those showers and storms will continue tomorrow night and staying mild with lows falling to near 60 degrees with southeast winds at 5-10 mph.
A few showers may linger into the day on Wednesday otherwise mostly cloudy skies with highs in the lower 80s. A second round of showers and storms will move through overnight Wednesday and continue into the day on Thursday but highs will remain near 80 degrees. We will clear out and cool down and Friday and that will last into the weekend seeing partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies and highs hovering near 70 degrees.
