ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — A second man has been arrested in the shooting death of a St. Paul bar owner.
Police say 22-year-old Cheng Vang of Minneapolis was in custody Wednesday.
Vang and his brother-in-law, 26-year-old Yia Her of Oakdale, were charged Tuesday with second-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder in the shooting that killed 45-year-old Vone Moua early Sunday at Malina's Sports Bar. Two other men were wounded.
Her was arrested over the weekend.
According to the complaint, Her became upset that he couldn't shoot pool after closing time and wasn't reimbursed $20 he had paid to play. Her allegedly asked Vang to bring a gun, to scare Moua into giving Her his money back.
The Star Tribune (http://bit.ly/194ZZ1t ) reports Moua and his wife had owned the bar for at least 10 years.
