AUSTIN, MN -- A plan that could see Mower County merge human services with three other counties is getting ready for a vote.

The proposed plan would share human services between Dodge, Steele, Waseca and Mower counties.
If approved, the next phase would include developing the plan and finalizing all the numbers.
