AUSTIN, MN -- A Southern Minnesota baby who has HIV is going back to his parents.
Today, a Mower County Judge ruled on the Baby Rico case today, by giving custody to his mother.
Baby Rico, who was born with HIV, was taken from his parents by Mower County Human Services in March.
County officials worried about the Baby Rico's care after his parents missed two doctor appointments.
He was later returned to his parents.
The orders also state the parents must administer all medications as prescribed, attend all scheduled appointments with the Child's Medical Providers, and comply with all requirements outlined in the Child's Medical Care Plan.
A disposition hearing will be scheduled at a later date.
