Riceville, IA- Riceville student Michael Sanders says Tuesday a student posted a drawing of confederate flag on his locker because he is African-American. The 15-year-old says he's been a victim of racist comments by classmates for years. He and his mother, Vicky Adams, say this is a hate crime and they want to see more action.

School officials say school cameras don't show who is responsible. Principal Greg Adams says they have questioned some students. One student admitted to taping the flag on the locker but then later denied it. Principal Adams says the school is still investigating.
